Relax and Renew Yoga

This class offers the relaxation benefits of Yoga. Suitable for all levels, this gentle yoga practice helps with improving flexibility and relieving physical tension and pain. Poses are held to facilitate stress release and are customized to ensure your maximum comfort. The end result is deep relaxation and replenishment. This class is suitable for *Beginners.

Relax and Renew II

In this class you will continue to refine your practice of Relax and Renew Yoga by adding slightly more challenging postured to your repetoire.
All poses will be done on the back or abdomen with an exphasis on stretching the extremities, strengthening the core, and experiencing deep relaxation.
Basic Alignment principles will be introduced to ensure that the poses have a therapeutic affect on the body.
Suitable for absolute beginners and ongoing students.

Basic Alignment

This class offers the foundation for all Yoga postures. Alignment principles are taught to optimally position the body, increasing strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. Working in this method will help to correct postural misalignments that contribute to patterns of stress and tension. If a muscle is holding tension unnecessarily it will pull on the bone it attaches to and cause a misalignment that if left untreated, over time, can lead to pain. These classes offer a therapeutic approach to Yoga, aligning the body to bring tension/pain relief for the lower back as well as the neck and shoulders. This class is suitable for *Beginners

Smart Flow

In this class you learn how to bring more fluidity to your movement, opening your joints, increasing their range of motion, synchronizing your breath and movement, and finding more flow in your day. By linking postures together, with your breath you will get more energy out of your practice. Movement becomes like a meditation and the poses feel easier. This class is suitable for **Active beginners and ***Ongoing students.

Dancing Warrior Yoga

This class has an emphasis on Sun Salutations and Warrior Poses. It is a class that links the techniques of Alignment and Flow based classes together to help you progress into new levels of strength and flexibility while preparing you for more intermediate classes. Suitable for **Active beginners and ***Ongoing students

Basic Alignment II

Deepen your understanding of the alignment principles and apply them in more challenging poses. Classes prepare students to safely practice Handstand at the wall and other arm balances, as well as Full Wheel and other intermediate backbends. The approach is to show students how the postures are essentially therapeutic, for as they progress they effectively work to release the muscular imbalances that inhibit their daily posture. Suitable for ***Ongoing Basic Alignment students

Vinyasa Flow

A more challenging practice in which postures are linked together with breath to develop flexibility, stamina, and total body strength. Posters are sequenced together to help maximize your efforts to achieve peak postures that include Handstand, Headstand, and Full Wheel pose. This class is suitable for ***Ongoing Slow Flow students and Basic Alignment II students.

Power Yoga

This vigorous Vinyasa practice offers a total body cleanse, building heat and flushing out toxins. You can expect to sweat in this movement practice, heating the body to better release deeply held muscular tensions. With an emphasis on core stability, mental focus, and a healthy balance of strength and flexibility, this class works to bring out your best. This class is suitable for ***Ongoing Slow Flow students and ***Ongoing Basic Alignment II students.

Open Flow Yoga

Take your Vinyasa practice to the next level of freedom and movement. Creative sequencing will move you, constantly bringing you to a new way of experiencing poses. Multidirectional, ever-evolving, and creative, this practice takes you into an authentic expression of Yoga. This is suitable for ongoing Vinyasa and Power Yoga students. This class is suitable for ***Ongoing Slow Flow students and ***Ongoing Basic Alignment II students.
*Beginner is meant anyone who is new to Yoga or enjoys a relaxed pace of practice. It includes any student who has acute or chronic pain and is seeking pain management and healing.
**Active Beginner is a term meant to describe a student with a lifestyle that includes a medium to high level of fitness. Eg. running, cycling, swimming, weight training etc. It suggests that a student is in the physical condition that would enable them to safely practice.
***Ongoing Student is a term meant to describe a certain level of commitment to practice. It suggests that you are attending 1 Yoga class a week for a minimum of 6 months consecutively, or at least 2 classes a week for 3 months.

Thai Massage

A method of massage in which you are fully clothed and a practitioner takes your body through passive stretches and offers massage techniques that are designed to help improve flexibility and energy levels. An excellent source of stress relief, this treatment helps teach you to breathe better and consciously relax the muscles that are holding tension unnecessarily.
Sessions are typically:
